Fine Dining Restaurant Servers
Woodfield Boca Raton is currently seeking talented individuals to provide exceptional service delivery within our two exclusive premier dining venues. We currently have opportunities available for Fine Dining Restaurant Servers (Hourly Wage + Gratuity + Gratuity Guarantee! Signing bonuses are available for newly-hired associates for the Fine Dining Restaurant positions that apply and begin employment between March 16, 2026 - June 30, 2026!).
Part-time & full-time hours available.
Our ideal candidates will be energetic and committed to providing outstanding service every day. Our operations are fast paced, detail-oriented, and member focused. We are dedicated to hiring outstanding individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional service orientation and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years previous experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment
- Knowledge of JONAS/ENCORE, preferred
