What Youll Do

Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry to a loyal, established patient base of 8,000 active patients

Diagnose accurately and develop sound treatment plans using VaTech CBCT, intraoral scanners, and intraoral camerasneither over-diagnosing nor under-diagnosing

Communicate treatment options clearly and honestly with patients in plain language, building trust rather than pressure

Collaborate directly with in-house lab technicians on CAD/CAM restorative workflows

Participate in monthly case review meetings with Dr. Kaplansky for structured mentorship and continued clinical development

35% of collections

Daily guarantee of $1,000/day
