The Learning Experience – Astoria

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $18.00–$21.00/hour

As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe to explore, grow, and thrive. You'll plan developmentally appropriate activities, build strong relationships with families, and work alongside a supportive team that genuinely values quality early childhood education.

✅ Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education required .

• Previous experience working in a licensed daycare or childcare center.

• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to pass all required background checks and state compliance requirements.

$18.00–$21.00 per hour , based on education and experience.
