Pega DeveloperWe are seeking a highly technical analyst with Pega Systems experience as a developer or product owner for a hybrid role. This position involves identifying business requirements and translating them into delivered technical solutions. Experience with modeling and forecasting is also a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify business requirements (e.g., needs, objectives, functions, features, input, and output) and translate them into technical solutions.Utilize approved software development tools and applications to design, develop, implement, and maintain low-code or no-code business solutions.Facilitate user acceptance testing, including developing and executing test cases, scenarios, and communicating with project teams.Partner with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes to Controlled Testing and Production.Collaborate with key partners in the development and delivery of solutions.Create and maintain accurate, detailed, and consistent documentation through all phases of the Systems Development Life-Cycle.Analyze information, requirements, data, work quality, processes, and service-specific practices.Interpret results of analysis and present recommendations, alternatives, and implications.Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces.Develop, recommend, and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes.Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, and models.Develop and oversee project plans and roadmaps for corrective actions.Required QualificationsPega Systems experience as a developer and/or product owner.Technical Skills: WordPreferred QualificationsExperience with modeling and forecasting.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
