Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Pharmacy Customer Care Representatives for a leading healthcare organization in Louisville, KY ! If you enjoy helping others, have call center experience, and are looking for a position with the opportunity to work from home after training, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, career growth, and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

$15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Work Environment

Hybrid Position

• Training: Onsite for the first 6-8 weeks (or until successful completion of training)

• After Training: Eligible to transition to a work-from-home schedule

• Associates must continue meeting production, quality, and attendance expectations to remain remote. If performance expectations are not met, associates may be required to return onsite.

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Permanent Schedule (After Training)

Monday-Friday

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Schedule is assigned based on business needs and is non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacy Customer Care Representative, you will:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive caller experience.

Process prescription refill requests and coordinate medication shipments.

Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding medications and pharmacy services.

Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate follow-up.

Document customer interactions while following company policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of call center experience

Previous healthcare experience is a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to type 35 words per minute or faster

Ability to obtain a Kentucky Pharmacy Board Technician Registration before or on your first day of employment

Reliable transportation

Must reside within 100 miles of Louisville, KY

Ability to work the required training and permanent schedules

Pay Details: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour
