Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Medical Surgical Floor (MS), located in Hawaii, is seeking experienced nurses for a 13-week contract. The role involves providing patient care in a medical-surgical setting, with a focus on flexibility to work various shifts and days. The position requires a Hawaii license by the start date and adherence to specific credentialing requirements. Job Details Position Description: 13-week contract with a rotating shift schedule, scheduled for 36 hours per week following orientation. Candidates will work various shift lengths and days, with no guarantee of hours or shift preference. Required Qualifications: Hawaii state license (must be obtained prior to start), BLS certification, ACLS certification, 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting, and additional certifications as needed. Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Candidate must arrive the Thursday before the start date to attend employee health appointment on Friday. Orientation time will be provided for each unit. The position may involve float to other units such as Laulima and Cardiovascular units.
