We're looking for a seasoned technician who takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly, enjoys solving difficult problems, and wants to be part of a team that works together to deliver exceptional service.As a Senior Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for:Advanced maintenance and mechanical repairs.Brake, steering, suspension, driveline, engine, and cooling system repairs.Diagnosing drivability, electrical, and intermittent concerns.Performing accurate testing and root-cause diagnostics.Completing thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with photos and recommendations.Clearly communicating findings with the service team.Helping mentor and support less-experienced technicians when needed.Producing high-quality repairs while maintaining strong productivity.We're seeking a technician who has:5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.Experience with electrical testing, scan tools, and modern vehicle systems.The ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs from start to finish.Excellent attention to detail.A positive attitude and team-first mindset.A valid driver's license.ASE Certifications are appreciated but not required.We know experienced technicians have options.
