We're a skilled-nursing facility focused on restoring function and improving lives. If you're a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with energy, compassion, and hands-on skills, we want to hear from you!- Support Independence : Carry out creative OT treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, and daily routines.
- Evaluate & Treat : Assist with resident assessments and deliver effective therapy under OT supervision.
- Be a Team Player : Work alongside OTs, PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff for coordinated, resident-first care.
- Track Results : Use our EMR to document progress and help residents hit meaningful milestones.
- Weekly Direct Deposit : Consistent and timely payment.
- NY State COTA license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Open to independent contractors
