Warehouse AssociateRCS is the country's first full-service X-ray garment solutions provider. For the past ten years we have been servicing healthcare networks by cleaning, disinfecting, repairing, X-ray scanning, and selling X-ray garments. RCS is a fast growing, exciting company headquartered in Fishers, Indiana.The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of RCS's warehouse, including cleaning, inspecting, preparing, packing, and organizing protective x-ray garments used by hospital nationwide. This hands-on role helps ensure garments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with RCS quality standards. This is a second shift position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Second shift: 3pm – 11:30pmResponsibilitiesClean x-ray garments using RCS's established cleaning procedures and quality standardsInspect garments for cosmetic or functional issues, including broken buckles, tears, loose fabric, and other damageUnpack incoming shipments and organize garments and materials within the warehousePrepare and pack garments for shipment, ensuring orders are accurate and securely packagedSafely handle and move garments and shipping containers throughout the warehouseMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with RCS standardsFollow established procedures for product handling, cleaning, inspection, and shippingWork efficiently to meet daily processing and productivity expectationsCommunicate promptly regarding damaged products, inventory issues, or other concernsPerform other warehouse-related duties and responsibilities, as assignedRequirementsReliable, dependable, and punctual, with a strong commitment to consistent attendanceAbility to follow detailed procedures and instructions accuratelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a teamStrong communication skills and the ability to interact professionallyAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishPrior warehouse, manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on experience is helpful, but not requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to routinely lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 30 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periodsAbility to safely handle garments and shipping materials throughout the workdayCompany BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageRobust 401(k) programFlexible PTO planVolunteer Paid Time Off programOpportunity to make a real impact on the company's successCollaborative and supportive work environmentRCS is a core-values driven organization and we're looking for a candidate that will contribute to our company culture, work hard, and is passionate about driving company growth.
