Job Description Oversee all site construction activities for multifamily projects from start through completion Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and look ahead to proactively address potential delays Enforce site safety requirements and company safety policies Ensure work is completed in compliance with project documents, building codes, and quality standards Conduct regular inspections and punch walks to ensure high quality execution Collaborate closely with project management teams, inspectors, and ownership representatives Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and site documentation Lead problem solving efforts in the field and drive solutions efficiently MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Strong tenure is crucial - Any candidate with more than two jobs in the last ten years will not be considered 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and field coordination Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously Solid understanding of construction schedules and site logistics Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with construction scheduling and reporting tools preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary depending on experience $600 monthly vehicle allowance (subject to change depending on commute) 15 days PTO in addition to holidays Monthly cell phone allowance Annual bonus based on performanceFull benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, 401k with company match, PTO, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Michael Page US
