Lead Case Manager (Licensed Programs) - Cross-site Support

Oparc

Oparc is seeking a Lead Case Manager for licensed programs in Montclair, CA. The role is to provide compliance, support, and oversight for case management services across programs. Ideal candidates must have at least two years in case management or related fields, with a strong understanding of service planning and regulatory requirements. This position involves working Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Duties include guiding Case Managers, ensuring timely documentation, and supporting individuals with disabilities during various activities.
