  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities to align with clients’ needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

  • Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress towards achieving these goals.

  • Engage in virtual therapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in regular professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Each client presents unique backgrounds and therapeutic needs, enabling you to employ a tailored approach that respects their individuality and promotes healing. Our practice emphasizes a client-centered methodology, empowering individuals to take active roles in their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills to create a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

  • A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client interaction.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in a telehealth capacity and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can help streamline client interactions and documentation processes. Understanding of various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care practices is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent upon your caseload and experience.
