As an Account Representative with Johnny Harvin - State Farm Agent, you will help grow our agency by working with new prospects and existing customers to identify insurance products that fit their needs.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who is motivated by goals and wants the opportunity to increase their income through performance. You will work with inbound leads, follow up with prospects, develop new business, and identify cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base.

The position includes a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses. As your production grows, so does your earning opportunity.

Insurance experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, dependable, and comfortable working toward measurable sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, existing customers, and proactive outreach. 
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other appropriate products. 
• Consistently follow up with prospects and ask for the sale. 
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline. 
• Meet established monthly activity and production goals. 
• Track sales activity and progress toward goals. 
• Work with the team to provide a strong customer experience. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals. 
• Competitive, coachable, and motivated by achieving results.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills. 
• Organized and dependable. 
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required. 
• Property and Casualty license — must have or be willing to obtain. 
• Life and Health license — must have or be willing to obtain.
