Requirements
- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Licensed dental hygienist
Active Dental Hygienist License.
CPR Certification.
Laser Certification (preferred).
Proficiency with computers and digital records.
Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
Job Description
Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental cleanings, examinations, and screenings while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Patient Education: Empower patients by effectively communicating oral health conditions and treatment options, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Workflow Management: Handle multiple patient experiences in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of care.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with our doctors and dental assistants to ensure a seamless patient experience and a cohesive treatment plan.
Proactive Participation: Take direction when needed while demonstrating strong self-motivation, accountability, and a "team-first" attitude.
