Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - IMMEDIATE

$21 - $22.5 per hour

New Heights ABA

Job Description

New Heights ABA is seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support young children (ages 1–6) with autism in our clinic setting located in Warrensville Heights.

We welcome:

Experienced RBTs (MUST have RBT designation)
Backround in daycare, preschool, special education, or professional nanny roles highly preferred

Schedule: Monday–Friday | ~8:15 AM – 4:15 PM

Location: Clinic-based only • ~37.5 hours/week

Pay & Growth: $21.00 – $22.50/hour (based on experience)

Paid training & mentorship
Bi-monthly Professional Development (meets BACB recertification requirements)

Role Responsibilities

Implement behavior & skill-building programs
Teach communication, play, and social skills
Collect data & complete session notes
Collaborate with clinical team
Create a fun, engaging learning environment

Physical Requirements: Must be able to actively engage with young children, including sitting on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and moving quickly when needed to support safety and participation in therapy activities.

Is dependable and team-oriented
Wants mentorship and professional growth

Requirements

RBT certification
Instructional Aide designation (within 30 days)
CPR/First Aid certification
Reliable transportation

Preferred: Associate's degree + 2 years experience with young children.
