Job Title Buyer Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and inventory levels to support uninterrupted production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and a focus on cost control and supplier performance. Responsibilities Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, components, and services Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and supplier agreements Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials Track shipments and proactively resolve supply chain delays Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock to support production needs Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage purchasing and inventory planning Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address supplier quality issues, defective materials, and vendor returns Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Qualifications Previous purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred Experience with ERP/MRP systems Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Why Apply?
