Charge Nurse
Job is charge nurse, Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm. Must be licensed in good standing with Texas License Board L.V.N or R.N.
Basic job duties consist of a charge nurse position, working with assigned staff, monitoring patient care, communication with various physicians, family members, other staff members, and documentation of changes in condition, physician orders, helping set up doctor appointments, services needed by residents.
