Location: Mount Holly - 175 Madison Avenue Remote Type: On-Site Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Regular Time Type: Full time Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Job Information: Summary: Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities to ensure safe and efficient operation of Facilities. Ensure the needs of customers are meet and adheres to STAR standards. Position Responsibilities: Responds to unscheduled, routine and emergency maintenance calls. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment. May include but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Mechanical systems as required. Works on construction and installation projects as required. Performs daily rounding within the Facility for safety and compliance purposes. Responds to emergency calls and works on-call schedules as needed (either during or outside of regular working hours). This includes but is not limited to snow removal, utility failures, disaster response, etc. Complete documentation (work orders, log books, round log sheets) to reflect work performed. Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: 3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent education preferred. Healthcare environment experience preferred. Required Education: HS diploma or equivalent. *Vocational training preferred. Training/Certifications/Licensure: Universal CFC license preferred. Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $39.11The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
