Car Wash Shift Lead

Suds Car Wash is seeking a reliable Car Wash Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, coach attendants, and ensure an excellent customer experience. In this role, you’ll open and close the site, assign tasks, monitor wash quality and safety, handle basic equipment checks, and respond to customer questions or concerns. You’ll track inventory for supplies, assist with cash handling or point-of-sale procedures, and help train new team members on service standards. The Shift Lead works hands-on alongside the crew, maintaining a clean, efficient wash environment and supporting smooth operations during busy periods and throughout each shift.
