Position Summary:

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work under the guidance of the Resident Care Manager and Nurse Shift Supervisor to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support residents' emotional, physical, and psychological needs
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
• Follow care plans and complete assigned duties accurately
• Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license
• No experience required; training provided
