Bagels Position Shift Leader About the role Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set morale and tone, coach team members, and open or close the store with minimal supervision while ensuring quality food, beverages, and a safe, clean environment. What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Shift Leaders take charge and set the morale and tone for the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Stores are opened and closed by Shift Leaders with little to no supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages served and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
