Your Role: As our RN Clinical Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care. You'll: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of nursing care within your assigned area. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing staff. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure optimal care outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. ensure regulatory compliance. What We're Looking For: Current RN license in the state of Missouri. Proven experience in a clinical coordination or supervisory role. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
