Responsibilities: Product Cataloging: Accurately and efficiently manage product information to create detailed and consistent listings. Quality Assurance: Cross-check and verify all details to ensure perfection in product descriptions. Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory records with precision. Gemstone Identification: Utilize microscopes and lab equipment to accurately identify gemstones. Condition Reporting: Prepare detailed condition reports for each jewelry piece, assessing wear and integrity. Historical Research: Identify the history of each piece, describing and naming them to highlight their unique stories. Team Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure all cataloged items are properly tagged, described, and published on schedule. Quality Control: Assist in quality control processes to uphold Abbott & Oaks’ reputation for meticulousness and reliability. Skills & Qualifications: Attention to Detail: Extreme attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset. Catalog Management Proficiency: Fast and accurate product cataloging skills.
