Registered Occupational Therapist

Life Care Centers

Mesa, AZ

Life Care Centers is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate, resident-centered rehab services in our senior living community. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, document progress accurately, and contribute to discharge planning. Expect a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth and excellence in clinical outcomes.
