Other duties include gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, work collaboratively across teams and departments, along with coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with processing returns and exchanges, provide excellent service to customers and team members. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
