Group Media Director

Our client’s Media team has a group Director on the Planning team who will be going out on maternity leave starting October 1st: Role: Group Media Director Start Oct 1, or as close as possible Duration: 5 months with possible extension The Group Media Director in this role will be covering a specific client. Very hands on and savvy client with tons of media knowledge!! Drug is not yet approved but is pending PDUFA in Feb of 2027 Primary responsibilities for coverage will be to lead 2027 Brand Planning. This includes but is not limited to: Covering branded media workshops with clients Assisting in development of Media Briefs for both HCP & DTC Reviewing and helping develop vendor RFP lists with other media members Managing and leading the branded media planning process Scheduling check-ins Managing timeline Reviewing proposals / planning flowcharts Developing final client deliverable & helping lead in-person client presentation Fielding questions Additional responsibilities will include: Oversight / management of other campaigns that will be in market Assisting in reporting / optimization recommendations Managing finances Managing younger staff (still being ironed out) and assisting them where needed Things we’re looking for: Someone with good energy and the ability to lead and own client convos/ field questions etc!! These clients are so smart and have built their careers on bringing multi-billion dollars drugs to market, they know their stuff Ideally looking for someone who has planned for a new / upcoming drug Experience managing larger budgets and planning for a variety of channels Someone who has experience working with nimble teams, wearing multiple hats and managing across teams for deliverables Ideally looking for someone who can start quickly and who has experience ramping up quickly. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aquent
