What You'll Do
● Run scheduled in-home consultations across Chicagoland
● Use our iPad-based software tools to present tailored solutions
● Build trust, ask great questions, and guide homeowners to the right decision
● Own your follow-up to ensure 5-star satisfaction
● Generate referrals and grow your network with every appointment

Who You Are
● Self-motivated, ambitious, and confident - with a strong desire to succeed
● Personable and persuasive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Coachable and independent - you take feedback and run with it
● Physically able to climb ladders and inspect roofs (not afraid of heights)
● Available Monday-Friday (daytime and evenings) and every other Saturday (daytime only)
● Hold a valid driver license with reliable transportation (company vehicle provided after training)
● Goal-oriented and growth-minded - focused on building a long-term career
● Resilient under pressure and driven to exceed sales targets
