Responsible for analysis related to business and corporate process, design, development and implementation of information technology systems, as well as consulting with project owners to resolve issues regarding operations, implementations, and system status. Research and recommend strategies for department direction on customer- and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automated system solutions.
