Job Description Job Description Albright Family Law Group, P.C. is a well-established and highly respected family law firm serving Riverside, Temecula, and Murrieta since 2003. Our practice is devoted exclusively to family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and complex family disputes.
We are growing and looking for a motivated Associate Attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience, mentorship, professional development, and long-term growth within a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
Handle family law matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, settlement agreements, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Appear at hearings
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Work closely with experienced attorneys and strong support staff
Develop litigation and negotiation skills in a fast-paced family law practice
What We’re Looking For
Active California Bar license
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases effectively
Courtroom experience preferred, but not required
Family law experience is a plus
Motivated self-starter with a desire to grow professionally

Compensation: $100,000 - $145,000 yearly

Responsibilities: Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
Keep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action
Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and give general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys

Qualifications: Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
Candidates must have passed the bar exam
Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
