Weekend Shift Charge Nurse

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to work weekend shifts in our esteemed facility. As a Weekend Shift Charge Nurse , you will be responsible for:
• Providing high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and respectful environment
• Assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills to patients, families, and healthcare teams
Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Perform various medical procedures, such as injections, wound care, and IV therapy
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and care rendered
