Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong documentation standards. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island. Compensation $80,000–$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
