This position is ideal for someone with professional flatbed towing experience who takes pride in safety, vehicle handling, and delivering dependable service. You'll work with a modern fleet while supporting daily transportation and recovery operations.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a flatbed tow truck to recover and transport vehiclesPerform vehicle loading, unloading, and securement using proper recovery techniquesTransport vehicles safely between operational locationsComplete pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspectionsMaintain DOT compliance, including Hours of Service (HOS) documentationCommunicate with dispatch and operations regarding recovery status and transportation updatesPerform roadside recovery operations while maintaining a strong safety focusConduct Basic Equipment Servicing, Including:FuelingFluid checksTire pressure inspectionsReporting maintenance concernsMaintain accurate inspection and transportation logsKeep assigned vehicles clean and operationally readySupport team operations as neededQualificationsValid Class C Driver's License requiredCDL is preferred but not requiredMedical Examiner Certificate (MEC) requiredClean driving record with no major violationsMinimum 4 years of professional flatbed towing or vehicle recovery experienceExperience operating rollback or flatbed tow trucksStrong knowledge of vehicle recovery and securement proceduresAbility to work safely around traffic and roadside hazardsStrong communication and teamwork skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 35 poundsWillingness to work overnight shifts and occasional overtime when neededMust pass a background check and drug screeningPreferred ExperienceFlatbed towingVehicle recoveryRoadside assistanceHeavy-duty transportationCommercial drivingFleet logisticsEquipment transportWhy Join Us?Competitive pay of $36.50 per hourFull-time overnight scheduleModern fleet and equipmentStable work environmentOpportunity to work with advanced vehicle technologySupportive operations team
