We're investing in our people, technology, ServiceTitan, training, vehicles, marketing, and operations—and we're looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who are hungry to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow and mechanical issues
• Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits and controls
• Perform maintenance and system tune-ups
• Provide customers with clear repair options and recommendations
• Identify legitimate system replacement and upgrade opportunities
• Present repair estimates and options using ServiceTitan
• Educate customers about memberships, IAQ products and financing
• Maintain accurate invoices, photos, equipment information and job notes
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Participate in scheduled after-hours/weekend coverage as needed

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in technicians who are motivated by growth .

You should have:

• 3+ years of HVAC service/repair experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred/required as applicable
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• ServiceTitan experience is a major plus
