Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Illinois State University is hiring a Marketing & Communications Coordinator. The coordinator develops and executes communication and marketing plans for Facilities Services, keeping messaging consistent across internal and external audiences. Day-to-day work includes branding, digital content, and using data and analytics to guide leadership decisions. Highlights Develop and execute communication and marketing plans aligned with departmental and University standards. Manage branding, digital content, and messaging across internal and external channels. Use collected data and analytics to inform leadership decisions. Partner with Facilities Services staff and University marketing professionals on shared goals. Produce copywriting, graphic design, and simple video, photography, and audio content. Maintain the department's website and social media presence. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of professional marketing, PR, business, or communications experience, including at least 1 year using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
