SIDA Clearance: Required, including custom seals for driving, escorting, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Valid Driver's License: Mandatory, as this position requires driving at the airport.
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
On-Call Requirement: Includes holidays.

Employment Type: This is a contractor position, NOT a direct Delta role . Contractors will be paid only for hours worked.

Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide operational and technical support for IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
The role involves handling Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field support, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational and technical support for IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
Handle Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests.
Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
Diagnose technical errors and problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Prepare timely and detailed service reports.
Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and technical resolutions.
Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
Coordinate workflows and ensure tasks are completed according to established schedules.
Accurately document solutions for complex technical issues.
Develop workaround procedures when standard troubleshooting methods fail and ensure issues are resolved.
Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for software and setup errors affecting field engineers, technicians, and customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering professional and responsive support.
Safely use ladders when required to perform installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting activities.

Qualifications:

Experience providing IT field support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, installation procedures, and IMAC activities.
Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to document technical issues, resolutions, and service activities accurately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
Ability to use a ladder safely when required.
