Ecommerce Manager

Compensation: $50,000–$80,000 per year · Full-time · On-site in Dallas, TX About MK Distro Welcome to MK Distro! This is a chance to own a function that directly drives how well the whole business runs. The Role The Ecommerce Manager owns and scales MK Distro's online business end to end. You'll be the link between marketing, operations, merchandising, and development — moving between high-level strategy and hands‑on execution to drive revenue growth, improve conversion, and deliver a great customer experience across our online channels. What You'll Do Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of MK Distro's e-commerce storefront — revenue growth, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue per visitor (RPV) Manage site merchandising: product setup, imagery, content, pricing, category structure, and promotions Build and run pricing, discount, and promotional strategies that grow revenue while protecting margins Plan and execute email marketing — campaigns, automated flows, list growth, and send‑frequency optimization (Klaviyo or equivalent) Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging channels; set budgets and ROAS targets and hold agency partners accountable Analyze performance with Google Analytics, platform analytics, and BI tools; report results monthly and quarterly Design and run A/B tests to validate improvements and drive growth Direct UX/UI improvements to site architecture, navigation, and the customer journey; QA new features before launch Coordinate fulfillment, logistics, and customer experience with Operations and IT Track market, competitor, and platform trends and identify new channels as the business grows What You Bring Analytical, revenue-oriented, and comfortable owning KPIs Hands‑on with an e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar) Strong with Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics Experience with paid media and email marketing platforms Excellent communication and cross‑functional project management Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Requirements Required 21+ (required to handle tobacco/vape/hemp products) 3–5+ years in e‑commerce, online merchandising, or digital marketing, with a track record of driving revenue and improving core KPIs Hands‑on experience managing an e‑commerce platform Strong analytical skills and fluency with Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics tools Experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and email marketing Preferred Experience with Shopify or a comparable platform at scale Basic knowledge of HTML Experience in vape, tobacco, hemp, CPG, or distribution/wholesale Exposure to an ERP/WMS (Zoho a plus) Why Join Us?
