This role is a liaison between Product Design, Engineering, and Partnerships teams, promoting cross-functional communication and collaboration. This position also manages product pilots and qualitative research schedules.Our ideal candidate is able to effortlessly manage multiple product work streams, competing priorities, and able to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment while keeping all design deliverables on track. What You Might DoPartner with a product lead to define scope, develop roadmaps, and prioritize product design deliverablesCollaborate with Engineering Project Managers to develop design project schedules, coordinating and tracking designer activity to ensure timely deliverySupport a hybrid creative project management methodology in tandem with an Agile software development approach, moving with ease between organizational systemsManage product qualitative research schedules, product pilots, schedules and implementationMotivate the team enthusiastically, promoting a deep sense of individual belonging and a culture of inclusivityEssential Qualifications5+ years of in-house experience managing projects of multidisciplinary creative teams4+ experience in consumer electronics, software design, digital media project managementExperience working with teams engaging in qualitative research Background in visual art, art education, hardware or product designPMP Certification or coursework in project managementExperience in new product development from ideation to launchPreferred SkillsQuick and eager to learn new platforms and tools for task and asset managementProactive, self-motivated, reflectiveAsana proficiencyFamiliarity with JIRAClear, direct, effective communicatorEmpathetic and intuitive collaboratorExcellent verbal communication marked with empathy and the emotional intelligence to connect with, relate to, and respect diverse collaboratorExcellent written communication, marked with a balance of warmth and precision, reflecting the appropriate tone for each situationSalary: $160,000- $200,000Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)The salary range for this role is listed above.
