Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature. Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bed sores as needed. May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Help Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene. Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output. Requirements Be able to work as a team member. Hold a valid LPN state license. Be in good standing with the State Registry.
