Bilingual Apartment Assistant Manager

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is a leading multifamily staffing agency connecting top talent with apartment communities. We offer weekly pay, full-time opportunities, and a path to permanent placement.

Position Overview

We're seeking a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager (Spanish & English required) for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will support daily property operations, assist residents, manage rent collection, and handle leasing and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and post rent payments using Yardi or Onesite
Manage delinquent accounts and prepare late notices
Assist residents with questions and lease renewals
Process invoices, purchase orders, and deposits
Support leasing activities and community operations
Serve as backup to the Community Manager as needed

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
1-2 years of apartment property management experience
Strong customer service and administrative skills
Yardi or Onesite experience is required
Reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately
