Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

Job Type: Regular Work Location: Tom Thumb 637 - Richardson, TX 75080 Overview Become a Full-Time NECOA Retail Sales Associate! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products in our shopping mall retail store. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees. Day-in-the-Life Demonstrate NECOA water purification products within our branded retail store Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness Report and provide competitive insights Compensation & Benefits $18-$20/hr base pay, paid weekly Monthly sales bonuses Next day pay on-demand with DailyPay Friday + Saturday & Sunday availability Paid training completed online Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match Responsibilities Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Courtly welcome customers and offer assistance Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs Advise customers by providing information on products and services Help customers make selections by building customer confidence Accurately document and report sales Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times Submit all paperwork completely and accurately Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience Demonstrated knowledge of products and services Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Preferred Fluency in English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak Spanish) Problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs Retail experience or customer service experience a plus Training or product demonstration experience a plus 1-year job experience required EEO Statement 2020 Companies is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
