Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining a focus on patient care
