Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play an essential role on the production line, contributing to the assembly and installation of parts, as well as packing products in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position requires no prior experience—training is provided to help you succeed from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a conveyor-style production line, assembling and installing parts accurately and efficiently

• Crate and package finished products to ensure quality and safety standards are met

• Follow verbal and written instructions to maintain smooth production flow

• Lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary to complete various tasks

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required; training is provided

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Dependable and eager to learn

What We Offer:

• Competitive weekly pay starting at $20.00-$21.50 per hour, with overtime opportunities

• Paid training during the first week at $20.00/hr, with subsequent weeks paid at the applicable rate

• Weekly pay schedule for consistent earnings

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 5:50 AM – 3:00 PM, $20.00/hr

• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM (training on 1st shift for two weeks required), $21.50/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
