General Production Worker
Fabcon is looking for motivated General Production Workers to join our team. This is an excellent job for people who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow in a company with a great culture and strong values .
Applicants with English as a Second Language (ESL) are welcome
Main Responsibilities
- Complete tasks related to the production of prefabricated concrete panels
- Participate in processes of forming, pouring, finishing, and demolding
- Follow the daily production plan communicated by the team leader
- Build wooden molds
- Clean and maintain production beds
- Place materials in the production area
- Repair and finish panels as needed
Requirements
- Ability to read work instructions
- Skill in measuring accurately using a tape measure
- Ability to follow sketches and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to crouch, crawl, and kneel to complete tasks
Work Environment
- Work both indoors and outdoors (mostly outdoors)
- Not a climate-controlled environment
- May have high levels of noise, dust, and dirt
- Active and physical work
Salary
$20.00 per hour
