Lead Advanced Analytics

Overview Analytics, Reporting, Data Wrangling, and dashboard creation for web and omni‑channel activities. This role focuses on support‑activities reporting and analytics, responsible for KPI and operational detail reporting, ensuring data is captured and reported, monitoring performance attribution to changing conditions, and creating and maintaining reports in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, Quantum Metric, ForeSee/Verint. Responsibilities Understand key concepts of marketing data in a fast‑moving environment. Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and/or streaming data pipelines across multiple source systems (APIs, databases, engineering tools, and event streams). Develop curated datasets and data models that support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases. Apply data‑architecture best practices (ingestion patterns, schema evolution, data contracts, lake/warehouse organization). Implement data quality checks, observability/monitoring, lineage, and SLAs; troubleshoot pipeline issues end‑to‑end. Optimize data performance and cost through partitioning, clustering, file formats, query tuning, and compute sizing. Collaborate with platform and security teams to implement access controls and safe handling of sensitive data. Contribute to documentation, reusable frameworks, code standards, and CI/CD automation. Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable data solutions. Qualifications 5‑7 years (or equivalent) experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or backend development with significant data work. Advanced SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala). Hands‑on experience with orchestration and transformation tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, Spark, or similar. Experience with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage/compute services (data lake/warehouse). Strong understanding of data modeling (dimensional modeling and/or modern approaches). Solid engineering practices: Git, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and clear documentation. Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or Physics; or equivalent experience. Certification required in some areas. Location & Hours Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA or Atlanta, GA. Requires office presence minimum five (5) days per week. No relocation offered. Weekly hours: 40. Time type: Regular. Compensation Base salary range: $143,800.00 – $215,800.00 USD annually, depending on geography, experience, and education.
