Certifications: Required
Requested Skill Set: Must have: PCU or ICU experience
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: Experience with the following: Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing, BSN, BLS
Procedures Performed on Unit: Will discuss during interview
Patient Experience Required: Hourly safety rounding, bedside shift report, sit to commit
Dress Code: Scrub Color: RN
Nail Policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
Hair: Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.
Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually.
Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Floating Guidelines: Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed.
