Recruitment Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across our North American Research & Development organization. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to identify, attract, and hire top talent that drives innovation and supports future mobility vision. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical and professional roles, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and build strong talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs. This position will also help execute recruiting strategies, support university and industry outreach, and ensure hiring processes remain efficient and compliant. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Requirements: 2-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or corporate positions preferred. Experience supporting multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
