Responsibilities

• Maintain proper licensure in compliance with State Board regulations.
• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, hot towel shaves, beard trims, and styling services.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional station in compliance with State Board regulations.
• Manage your own client schedule, payments, and appointments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Active State Barber or Cosmetology License (Required).
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English is a major plus (eligible for booth rental discount!).
• Experience: Minimum [e.g., 2+] years behind the chair preferred (established client base is a plus, but walk-in traffic is available).
• Tools: Must provide your own professional clippers, shears, razors, and personal styling products.
• Insurance: Active Barber/Cosmetology Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
• Skills: Proficient in modern and classic fading, line-ups, scissor work, and beard grooming.
