Store Operations Communications Co-op

Create Store and Field Leader communications under the direction of the Store Operations Improvement Manager Support Store Operations and other home office teams by streamlining and editing communications for clarity Build weekly communications reports and share them with internal business partners Partner with key stakeholders to understand expected outcomes for policy and procedure and assist with creation and updates Complete special projects as assigned Assist the Store Operations team in providing stores with engaging and effective messaging, policy and procedure to support delivery and execution of business initiatives Requirements Previous co-op experience preferred but not required Ability to communicate process effectively Effective verbal and written communication Strong project management skills Ability to anticipate and think through impact of decisions and communications on intended audiences Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments in a professional and confidential manner Excellent communicator who works well both individually and in a team environment Strong attention to detail Superior time management skills Ability to prioritize effectively Willingness to seek out feedback and ability to incorporate feedback to enhance performance Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Background in communications Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, concise and correct manner Core Competencies Demonstrates strong project management and communication skills, with a focus on creating clear and effective messaging for store operations.
