Job Overview The Associate Data Recon Analyst provides Advisory Accounting support to the Performance and Data Reconciliation (PDR) department by identifying, troubleshooting, and solving accounting and data issues. This role works closely with both Analysts and Senior Analysts to document and maintain department processes and procedures. Responsibilities Own accountability to fulfill and complete reconciliation breaks within strict service level agreement (SLA) guidelines. Work effectively and efficiently through month-end transactional and performance quality controls. Support data flow management and quality control to ensure processing of investment data into downstream systems. Identify, troubleshoot and solve accounting and data related issues. Analyze and address abnormalities that impact fee billing calculations with comprehension of monthly rate of returns. Support process improvement, creation, documentation, and implementation; partner with Analysts and Senior Analysts to maintain and update department procedures. Support the team in problem solving and root cause analysis. Organize processes and track progress toward team and individual goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree (Finance preferred) Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) Basic SQL knowledge Database management experience Multi-sleeve reconciliation skills Core Competencies Understanding of complex financial vehicles Time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently Professionalism in a virtual environment, along with a team-oriented mindset and engagement Verbal and written communications skills Attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving and preventing problems Motivated and agile; able to adapt to changing priorities Pay Range $23.27-$38.82/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
