This role will focus on general ledger accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and financial reporting while working closely with Finance leadership. Key Responsibilities Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations Support monthly financial reporting and analysis Oversee AP processes and vendor payments Provide higher-level oversight of AR activitiesAssist with payroll-related accounting entries Prepare reports and analyze financial data Support accounting process and system improvements Requirements 5+ years of GL Accounting experience AP and/or AR knowledge/experience Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables Preferred Manufacturing experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
